Looking for a cat and garden lover who enjoys living quietly in Nature and is familiar with solar power and tank water. Good solar system and the tanks will have enough water for non wasteful use. There's also a pool!
My cat Freddy is very talkative . He's a rescue boy, so might take a day or two to win over, but is very affectionate once he trusts you. The house is in a forest, so requires someone who is happy to spend quiet times. (except for cicadas) Not much gardening required except for watering pot plants in and around the house. Accomodation consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, and open plan kitchen/living area. I'd like to meet you before any agreement is reached, and I prefer a single person or a couple. Sorry no children.
PS: 35 minutes from Lismore, and 15 minutes from Kyogle.

The East facing aspect of the living room
The kitchen stove is gas. Tank water, with a filtered tap for drinking water.
An outdoor loo, with a bucket underneath. I empty it into a large mulch bin, along with my kitchen scraps and in a few months have really rich mulch for my garden.
Small and cosy bedroom with a new queen bed. The bedroom is up a few stairs above the bathroom.
