large older style 1 bedroom unit with sunroom in a block of 4; lovely backyard barbecue area; easy access to shops, city, harbour beaches and walks as well as ocean beaches. 2 mins walk to shops and public transport.

14 yo white long haired male cat who lives outdoors during the day but kept indoors of an evening. He enjoys company when he's in, but not so much during the day.

I think my unit would suit either a single or a couple who maybe have family in the area or would looking for a short holiday over the Xmas period.
