We have a large 4 bedroom house, currently set up as master bedroom (with ensuite), two other bedrooms plus a study. There is a large rumpus room with Chesterfield couches, TV, fooseball and pool tables and small gym including cross trainer and weights bench. The garden is a work in progress, so no real maintenance required.

We live on the Eltham end of Greensborough, which is a lovely leafy fringe suburb of Melbourne. There are many walking and bike trails in the bush, and plenty of quality parks for the kids. The cafe and pub culture is strong, and we are on the fringe of the Yarra Valley, meaning easy access to wineries and boutique breweries.

There are three train stations within five minutes drive, one of which is 20 minutes walk away.

We are seeking a kind hearted house/pet sitter, for our 13 year old cat. She is mostly independent but will love some warm snuggles in the winter. She experiences anxiety, and had been medicated successfully for many years, requiring .5 tablet every second evening. She needs some reassurance by way of company, so we are seeking a house/pet sitter that will be home most evenings, and at the very least sleep nightly in the house. All medication, cat food and cat litter will be provided.

Given the length of this opportunity, we are seeking the house/pet sitter pay a bond, and to pay for their own utilities.
