I am planning a trip overseas for 4 months from about July 1st. I already have a house sitter fror September and October, but need somebody reliable for the first 2 months to look after my 2 bedroom flat in Bondi Junction. I have no pets, just pot plants to look after, but would want somebody who was willing to carry on airbnb letting in my spare room. It's not onerous, but would mean that you would be sharing with strangers when the room was booked. As its winter, maybe there would not be many bookings, but who knows? I have been running the airbnb for years, with over 200 reviews, and have never had problems. Most people who come here are on holiday, and out most of the time. My place is 10 minutes walk to Bondi Junction shopping centre and station, and, although basement at the front, has a back door that leads out to a sunny garden. Looking for somebody quiet living and house proud who would love my place and look after it. Let me know if you think this might suit you.
