Hi we have Harry, 12 year old Labrador, who needs looking after - aka daily walk, cuddles and a bit of a chat. Other than that, the house is pretty self sufficient although you probably will want to mow the grass if it gets too long.

the house gets cold during July so we have central aircon which will make sure works (last year the poor people couldn't get it to work - still feel guilty about that one).

Stanwell Park is a lovely quiet seaside neighbourhood with heaps of walks to do and cute cafes if that is your thing. Surf is good. House is open planned and just renovated so you should be comfortable with a good book (no Netflix) and a glass or two of red.
