Lovely big house on 4 acres, one timid cat and 20 not-so-timid chooks. Wood heater, big open-plan kitchen, comfy space. Big garden won't need tending in winter, but is nice to sit in the sun and there may be some winter veggies for harvest (if the rabbits haven't got them first).

You will need a car - there is a bus stop about 20 min walk away but the buses are infrequent.
