The Redcliffe peninsula area is north east of Brisbane and is a lovely beachside city with many attractions and restaurants. 45 minutes to Brisbane CBD. 30 to Airport and 30 minutes to the Sunshine Coast and hinterland. Warm sunny winter days can be spent picnicking or alfresco dining. All the major shopping stores available. House is 2 storey near new with s solar heated pool. But cold for locals in winter but maybe if you are from down south you might be able to have a midday dip.
