Hi, My home is a 3 bedroom with Gas ducted heating and split air conditioning. Clean and tidy through out as I now live on my own and want to travel.The gardens are easily cared for and would not be required to have anything done.Only the pot plants would need a little water. I have 2 beautiful cats that need some TLC they are 2 years old now and are best of friends. They have an enclosed area that they go out into through the cat door and do not roam free at any time. My home is centrally located to Frankston but in a nice quiet peaceful area and the bus stop is just around the corner. The railway station is a 10 minute walk. Shops are about the same. My neighbours are very friendly and would be only to happy to offer any assistance that you may require. Thank You for taking the time to read,
