I have an extremely fluffy and periodically affectionate cat who is used to roaming the halls of my house warily in case children suddenly appear. She will likely be much more willing to come out from hiding places for you as long as you don't try to get her to play football - a tendency I've been unable to curb from my sport loving offspring. She eats only biscuits and spends most of her day sleeping on a bed or behind the curtain. She runs around like a maniac for about 4 mins every two or three days.

My house has 4 bedrooms and a study, access to Netflix, Stan and Foxtel GO and comfy recliner couches. There's air conditioning and lots of books; although my taste is a bit eclectic... There's a lot of garden but you don't have to do anything to it unless you notice things actively dying from heat - in which case it would be nice if you could water them.
