This property is on 5 acres so is very quiet but close to Midland where all amenities like shops, cinemas and hospital are within 10 minutes.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a granny flat attached which is currently tenanted to a quiet couple. There is a cat in the house to be looked after.

There are also 4 horses that need to be fed in the mornings and put out to pasture. I have someone who comes in the evenings to do the horses and pick up manures. Ideally the person for this position would have to have some knowledge of horses.

There is a small garden to look after.
