Hi! We're looking for somebody to take care of our house and pets while we're out of the country for four weeks.

Our property is a tidy and clean 4-bedroom house in Wellington Point. It's an easy 7-minute drive to the nearest beach, with more beaches and nice parks around the area.

Shops (IGA, bakery, dining) are a three minute walk away, and the nearest train station is 1.8 km or 5 minutes on bike. Brisbane CBD is 35 minutes away by car.

We have a tenant in the master bedroom, but he keeps to himself for the most part other than coming out to use the kitchen when it's food time.

We're looking for an experienced house sitter (single or couple) that would be happy to care for our two super-friendly dogs and one cat.
