No pets just need the house to be looked after and the garden watered. Two minutes walk to the beach. 40 Minutes from the wineries - 20 minutes to Barnbougle and Lost Farm Golf Courses. Very peaceful and charming area. Cottage has two - three bedrooms (study can be used as a bedroom) 2 bathrooms (not ensuite) foxtel, plenty of videos etc. Don't mind if the house is not occupied for a couple of days if overnight trips to other areas are required.
