I am heading away for a few weeks holiday later this year and am keen to have some interested folk looking after the property. A moature couple preferred but not essential.

I have a gorgeous Kelpie dog, Jake, to look after. I also have a small flock of hens who will happily supply you with fresh eggs.

This new home is situated on 4 acres of lawn and gardens. Mowing around the house will need to be done as required, however the grass will not be growing very quickly at that time of year, and some garden maintenance. If necessary a contractor could be engaged to mow the rest of the block.

The home has a pool that requires some minor maintenance

Hannam Vale is a small village located in a pretty valley close to Port Macquarie (40 minutes), a popular tourist destination. Nearby there are water falls, a national park, tourist drives and the Crowdy Bay beaches.
