My house is located in semi rural Helensburgh, less than an hour south of Sydney CBD, 40 minutes to Wollongong ( south) and less than 10 minutes to Stanwell Park Beach and the Royal National Park. It overlooks green trees from every angle and is relaxed, clean and spacious. The house has a long verandah, guest bedroom and a spare bed( in the library), newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with every convenience, and fun stuff like blue ray and netflix, surf ski, body board and a large grassy yard to play. Laundry is shared by a tenant downstairs (who keep to themselves andno need to cross paths). House is 15 min walk ( 2 min drive) to the train station and 3 min drive to the town centre with every convenience( post office, grocery store, restaurants, pool, soccer field and cafes). Its the perfect place to base yourself while you explore the Royal National Park and local beaches and townships along the coast, or relax to write, read etc. This house has two much loved resident cats: 1 year old Delilah ( Ragdoll cross) and 13 year old Henry ( Ginger tom) who need TLC while there mom is away. They live mostly inside with a window to access the verandah and garden. Henry requires medication twice a day but is otherwise fit and happy. Delilah is the fur-kid who is a bit nervous with new people but otherwise healthy and happy. My last house sitter ( who now has a long term house sitting job) was wonderful. She loved my cats, was vigilant about their well-being, kept the house in a clean state and kept me up to date via text or email as needed (ie: emergencies). She can provide references if needed.
