We are looking for a house sitter in the Bathurst area for two weeks.

We are situated 25km out of town, on 17 acres, in a quiet bushland setting with lots of wildlife and a wonderful array of birds.

We have two large dogs, Great Danes, Charlie and Ruby. They are both 10 years old and easy to get along with. They enjoy company and a walk around our property. They are fed once a day and like to lay in front of the fire. Two cats, Maude, is a 16 year old Devon Rex and Neal, a 12 month old tabby. Both are inside/outside cats. Maude spends her days sleeping/eating and is a sedate old lady. Neal has a cat door and lets himself out for short excursions. He is always hungry and needs top ups during the day, otherwise just a main meal in the evening. There are 25 chooks and 1 rooster. They are let out each morning, feed and water checked and locked up at night to keep them safe from foxes. There are fresh eggs every day that need to be collected and consumed.

Our animals are friendly and easy to care for and only need food and your companionship.

The house is warm and comfortable with a good supply of wood to keep you snug, front and back veranda for bird watching and enjoying the sun.

Our property is out of town which makes the peace and quiet a bonus. There are lots of restaurants, shopping centres, movie theatre,ten pin bowling and clubs available just a 20 minute drive away.Wireless broadband is also available.
