Large modern house in Attadale near river. Large bedroom with ensuite. Unlimited wifi and Netflix included. This is for a six week stay (and we also need another 6 week stay in July/August if interested). House has pool and spa but both should be low/zero maintenance during this time.

We have an 11yo Labrador/Staffy who will need a daily walk. 99% of the time he is a sweetheart - pretty mellow and well behaved, but has a few behavioural problems at times which isn't an issue if you know how to respond. Issues are anxiety related such as thunder storms, introducing visitors, and other dogs. If you follow my guidelines you won't have any problems. Regardless, we would need someone who is comfortable dealing with larger dogs who can suffer from grumpy old man syndrome.
