My house is in a quiet location in Newcastle Hunter Valley, close to vineyards and lovely beaches. I have two large dogs one is quite old but they love their walks and sleep inside on their beds at night. Its an easy house to look after and my neighbor takes care of the lawns. House has WiFi and Netflix.
