I have two dogs. One is a Groodle and the other is a Boxer. They will need a ten minute walk on lead twice a day. (My daughter will usually walk the Groodle again at midday off lead unless you want to take her off lead at the local park or beach yourself. ) She is great to take for a coffee at the many local cafes. Both dogs love company so hopefully you are home a little during the day.

Elwood/ Brighton beach is a twelve minute walk away at the end of my street and a large off lead park is five minutes walk away as is the railway station and local shopping centre, cafes etc

I have a lovely large sun filled garden. The house is a 3 bedroom solid brick Edwardian in a quiet no through street. It is beautifully located.
