Located just ten. Inutes north of Grafton, We have two young dogs that love there toast in the morning and laying in the sun all day. We also have quite a lot of chooks - 200 actually which need to have their eggs collected twice a day. They have self watered and feeders so this is not an issue. Just looking for someone to be here for those few small jobs each day. Huge house overlooking a rural setting and the Clarence river set on 75 acres. We have wifi in the house and a large movie library to choose from as well. There is a bus that goes straight past our door that takes ten. Inutes and you're in Grafton for all your shopping needs
