One indoor cat who is rather spoilt to be taken care of. She loves talking and cuddles. Plants on front and back balconies to be watered approx once a week. Mail to be collected once a week. One flight of stairs as unit is on first (top) floor. Great views. Unit fairly large and airy. Off-road parking available. Nice neighbours. Fairly quiet area. Approx 15 to 20 minute walk to shops, railway, park, swimming pool.
