We are looking for a couple to house sit our small farm in central Queensland. We live 100kms from Emerald/ 30 kms from Springsure on 1056acres. There is shops in both towns and plenty to see and do around the place. You will need to be responsible and check waters for a multitude of animals, including chickens, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 50 head of cattle. We are in a good location for day trips to the Carnarvon gorge, the gem fields, lake Maraboon and Zamia national park. Garden watering is essential, especially my pot plants. We have good neighbours who you can call on for advice and assistance. You will be required to operate a bore pump once a week, and and electric bore pump at the house. Both are very easy to operate and simple. Non smoking non drinking mature couple preferred, but will consider all applicants, must have experience and references for housesitting.
