We have 2 dogs an old Labrador and a beautiful border collie also a indoor/outdoor cat that need someone to look after them while we travel interstate. Our home is on 45 acres with a small area to mow and 4 garden beds to tend to, mostly drought proof plants very easy to look after. The house is a 3 bedroom house with gas stove oven and has solar panels and solar hot water. All out goings to be paid by occupant. Any vet bills will be paid by us. There is a wrap around deck on 3 sides of the house its off the road so very quite to enjoy nature. Also ride on mower for the small area that needs mowing. House will be furnished with satellite tv. . The house is in between gympie and maryborough 30 mins drive to both and to major supermarket, less than 5 mins drive to convient store and chemist and fuel.
