Person/s to house sit our one level double brick 3bdrm home on 2 acres, 2 k's outside Oakbank with a lovely view over Adelaide Hills.We are also 2.5 k's from Balhannah, where there is a supermarket,pub,cafes,butcher,doctors.A main walking , bike trail is at the end of our road.We are next door to horse properties, don't have any ourselves.Woodside is about 6 k's, with more cafes, hotels and library, fitness classes, Mt Barker a major rural town with all amenities is 20 minutes away, 40 minutes on freeway to Adelaide. Our block has big old gums, organic vegetable patch, bees and orchard-nothing needed there at this time,

One friendly 15 yr old cat ,important that sitter likes cats. Maybe chooks if we get new ones. Chook house is up a slope, may need gumboots on a wet day.

Medium size front lawn will need mowing at least once.

House has pine flooring in kitchen, family room, lounge, carpets in bedrooms. Medium size home, easy to clean. Cost of electricity (We do have solar as well) and gas (Hot water and cooktop) would need to be covered by sitter, firewood free. No NBN , Internet by plug in or mobile.
