Large house backing onto a golf course with pool, garden (minimum maintenance required) and two pets - an older cat and small dog looking for TLC while we are away in Europe. Lucky, being a cat is fairly self sufficient but needs feeding and cuddles at night as she sleeps inside. Meesha, our small dog's drug of choice is the ball so has a morning and afternoon run and play, generally follows you around all day and also sleeps inside at night.

WiFi and Netflix are all available to you, prefer non-smokers, references and police checks. This is our first time to do this so we would prefer to meet first if that is at all possible.

Close to public transport (buses and Gold Coast trams), Westfield and Harbourtown Shopping Centres, hospital, all suburban amenities and only a 15-20 minute drive to the Broadwater and beaches.

There is a Granny Flat at the front (seperate from the house) where an older lady lives who will only bother you to say hello as you return home.

My 19 year old son will be returning home after an overseas trip in the first week and will probably flip in and out at times until he leaves on the 20th October to meet up with us.
