Located 5km from historic maldon township. Lovely setting on 70 acres. Because of the current drought only have 2 cows, 5 horses, 3 emus, 2 sheep and chooks. All animals are friendly and used to strangers. My 2 dogs will be travelling with me. Sitter/s will need to feed and water animals and water the garden. No wifi but excellent mobile coverage. Wood fire also split system air con. if you're not keen on chopping wood.

Great neighbours to lend a hand if needed.
