Located west of Ballarat - Western district - Our very comfortable house is on a rural property with main windows facing East and looking across the paddocks. A pretty view with lots of birds coming into 1 1/2 acres garden. We would like a pet loving person to stay for approx four weeks with our two Malt/Schi dogs who will take over your life and also to feed our two lovely and friendly Kelpies - sheep dogs. Their yards just need a hose over, they can be let out for a run and hose and tap next to yard. Chooks also with plenty of farm fresh eggs to eat. Outside fish to feed. Ballarat is just 50 kms and 40 mins from front door to city centre and 15 - 20 mins to two local towns.

Internet is available with all modern conveniences. We don't expect anyone to do lawns but just give a few house plants a water.

We would be happy for anyone to come a day or so before for familiarisation etc.

Little dogs do sleep outside and stay outside also if no one is home.

You are not totally isolated as there are family members 5 kms up the road and nearby neighbours but people about if any unexpected issues.

We look forward to finding a house sitter that enjoys country living as much as we do and most important "a room with a view" . Birds singing, Alpacas watching and lambs frolicking as the sun comes up.

Dates could be flexible by mutual agreement
