My partner and I will heading overseas from July 2-August 30th, 2016 and we are looking for a clean and quiet person (or a couple) to enjoy and care for our home. It is a 3 bedroom home (2 bedrooms with the third set up as a study) located in Clayton. It has a private fenced yard that is surrounded by trees, as well as a garage with a workbench.

While we are away, the house and property require minimal maintenance: regularly take in mail/flyers, etc, mow the lawn every 2 weeks (this takes 30 minutes), and maintain the home in the condition it was left. No smoking, no pets, please.

We would also ask you to pay for electricity, gas, and water use while you are there (from past use, this amounts to about $160/month or $40/week). Internet is included.

It is an ideal setting if you are looking for a quiet place in the suburbs. It is a 10 minute walk to Clayton Station (which is on the Pakenham & Cranbourne line, connecting the CBD in 30 minutes), and to other amenities including supermarkets,the recreation centre and pool, the library, the post office, banks and restaurants. There is a covered carpark at the house that fits 1-2 cars.
