We have a comfortable home close to shops, cinema, bus stop and train station. 20 mins from the City and Fremantle, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We have a 7 year old Burmese cat that is mostly an indoor pus, but enjoys going outside once or twice a day in her harness.

The garden is low maintenance and the lawns are mowed by a gardener every 3 weeks. There is a pool that may need to be scooped every couple of days.
