I live on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW near Toukley at Lake Haven, about 10 mins to the beach.

I have 8 wonderful furry kids all Shih Tzu cross Lahsa Apso.

I need someone who loves animals to mind them from May 8th to 2017 to about the 20th July 2017. (or longer if you wish)

8 you may say... ? But my experience with them is really not much difference to when I only had 3 or 4 of them. I rarely have to raise my voice to them and they have their places to sleep. They are good dogs and not one sound from them for the last couple of hours or more. They are generally pretty quiet.

There is a room with a double bed, a spare fridge is available as I have some things in my fridge that I just keep there, and don't want to sort and chuck it out or empty everything out of the fridge.

You will have access to internet (50gigs), TV and kitchen, lounge room, laundry, bathroom & loo of course and also a patio.

I would appreciate it if you could pay $50 a week toward the power and water. The internet is $50.00 a month if I am away for more than 2 months.

My home is two and a half minutes drive by car, or 5 minutes walk to the Post Office and a Shopping Centre where almost everything you need can be found. Doctors and hospital are about 5 minutes away.

There is no garden to worry about, only a couple of pot plants to water, and I have someone to come and mow the lawn.

I do require you to ensure the dogs are in before they start to mow or they may get out. I also do not walk the dogs and do NOT want anyone to walk them. I don't want them out of their yard in fact.

I prefer a house sitter who does not want to have visitors calling in.

There are plenty of places to meet with friends and the Rugby Leagues club is only a few minutes drive. I do not have any visitors either.

However, if there is a problem with this, please discuss it with me if you are interested the house sit. I prefer not to have visitors as it does disturb the dogs. The dogs are my kids, my furry family.

I PREFER someone who works from home so you can make sure the dogs do not go out side to have a barking spree... as when 8 dogs all bark together, even though they sound like a well orchestrated choir... it will surely annoy the neighbours. I can't have that happening. The aim is to NOT have the council coming about noisy dogs.

When I go out, I usually lock them in to prevent this happening. That would be my main concern, after their health.

The train is about 10 minutes away. I am an hour and a half from the heart of Sydney by train and about 45 minutes from Newcastle by car or an hour & a bit by train.
