No pets to care for. Property is 1 acre with 4 bed 2 bath house and a salt pool and is 2km west of Mundaring townsite. There is plenty of parking available on the property for caravan etc. We want the property, house and pool maintained in good condition while we are away. Mundaring is approximately 1/2 hour by car from both international and domestic airports. Using a car to travel to Midland and then catching the train it is about 40 minutes to Perth city. There is a bus service 300 meters from our property. The area has lots of walk and cycle trails and National Parks.
