Caring for 2 cats who sleep all day. Very easy to feed as they graze. Change litter box. House cats with some day backyards access allowed. They don't venture out the yard and will run in when you call them.

House is 3 bedroom with all the mod cons. Foxtel, wi fi, ducted heating,wash/dryer etc etc Very quiet court. 901 bus is a 5 min walk takes you directly to train station. Eastlink is a 5 minute drive. Major supermarkets, restaurants etc a few minutes away. No costs involved.

Wouldn't like party people. No smoking inside, outside is ok. Need to be tidy. Neighbours are always keeping an eye out on goings on so safe court to live.
