My home is a large three bedroom back duplex with a small swimming pool which runs automatically. WiFi is available and a large smart TV with Foxtel and Netflix. The neighbours are very friendly. There are pretty gardens and vegetable patches and pots of herbs which may need watering if it doesn't rain for several days. This situation would suit someone who is retired as I have two Flatcoated Retrievers, Geordie and Kaja who love human company. They like to have a walk or run daily. There are lovely walks beside the river and there is a lead free dog park ten minutes walk away where they love to socialise and chase balls. There is a choice of cafes ten minutes walk up the road or ten minutes drive away. Also a choice of shopping centres and restaurants within a ten minute drive.
