We are in a lovely quiet location while still being only 5 mins from Armadale and Kelmscott shopping areas. There is easy access to all forms of public transport and the hospital is only around the corner. We are on a half acre block with plenty of parking and a swimming pool. The gardens are fully reticulated and there is no maintenance required. We have a 12 yo female staffy who is used to being 'doggy sat'. She has medication which she takes easily and wants nothing more than company. She doesn't want too much excersize because she does suffer from arthritis but is otherwise reasonably active around the house and back garden. We also have a cat who pretty much looks after himself, and 5 chickens who lay daily. There is also a vege patch which is also reticulated so only needs the tap turned on. The few neighbours we have are very friendly and happy to help out when needed. We want you to feel at home when sitting for us so you are welcome to use what is in my bedroom sized pantry and wifi, etc. This is only a short stint but we will be looking for someone again 30 Aug to 16th Sep 2017.
