Lovely house with a magnificent view outlooking over a lagoon. Close to the Murray river for fishing. Albury is just 30 km away and has picture theaters, restaurants and shopping. Rutherglen is appox 25 away and is well know for its wineries. Have foxtel and wireless internet available. Also have the use of a suburu station wagon if required. We are also very lucky to have wonderful, friendly neighbours who will help if you have any problems. Have an elderly boxer x dog who is happy with a little walk in the morning. We also sometimes look after our neighbours 2 year old golden retriever. They both get on well together and are low maintenance. They are indoor/outdoor dogs. Great place to relax and watch the birds and other wildlife
