The house is a large modern residence on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, situated in a semi rural location. The house is approx 40 sq with a triple lock up garage. There is an inground pool with a heated (when required) spa attached.

We have one pet. He is a 7 year old white miniature poodle who is heaps of fun. The residence is less than 5 minutes drive to the centre of Mornington and slightly closer to the village at Mount Eliza.

The property is a very quiet location with local traffic only.

We have previously used house sitters and were very impressed with the care that was taken of our house. Our house is in immaculate condition and we will expect it to be carefully looked after.

We would prefer a mature couple. Excellent References are essential.

Please note: Although this House Sitter assignment is for the dates shown above I must mention that in May/June 2020 we will again be requiring a house sitter as we plan to travel overseas for a period likely to be 5 or 6 weeks. The exact dates are not yet known although it is likely to be sometime in the first week of May till around mid June. Please contact me if you have any interest in the listed dates in 2019 OR the 2020 period.
