Peaceful location amongst the gum trees with native birds and the occasional koala, this sit is situated in Cashmere, Brisbane. The house is open plan with two large patios to relax on wide verandahs at the front.

Within 10 mins drive there are trains, cinemas, outdoor pool, markets (Sat) and restaurants. There is a local centre (2 mins) with a doctor, dentist, bakery, restaurants, gym and supermarket.

The two residents who will need to be looked after are two 7 year old male black labs. Ideally suits a semi/retired couple or single our dogs like company.

June/July is a good time of year in Brisbane to visit as the weather is beautiful during the day-blue skies and cool at night-good sleeping weather!

Its the best of both words! If you love nature and relaxing this sit is for you.
