Require experienced horse person to look after 2 very quiet mares, and 3 dogs (2 choc brown Labs and 1 Golden Retriever). House is fully air conditioned with a sauna and spa, also has 2 slow combustion heaters (we have tons of wood) Require NON SMOKERS, that will respect our home, live on site and not have parties/house wrecker friends. Rural setting in the Barossa Valley SA- walking, and riding trials past front door-50 minutes to Adelaide CBD
