Hi. Thank you for your interest in sitting my property. I have now decided to take my dog to the local kennels but still need someone to care for my plants/garden.

I am located in a suburban street 15 minutes walk from Bellingen township, or a 2-3 minute drive. The house is quite modern, lowset [no steps], 3 bedrooms, 3 way bathroom, separate laundry and spare WC, solar hot water, ceiling fans, good kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooktop. My vehicle will be parked in the garage but a covered carport will be free, and there is heaps of space for parking in the driveway.

And most importantly at that time of year the house has A/C in the main living area plus separate A/C in the main bedroom. There are a number of beautiful beaches within 20 minutes drive, and a good size public swimming pool between the house and the township.

There are quite a few pot plants which will need daily watering, plus some areas in the garden will probably also need watering daily or at least every second day, depending on the weather.

Otherwise, I'll simply be requesting you to bring in any mail and keep your eye on things.
