Enjoy winter by a north Queensland beach

We will be away from about the 7th April until mid August and are looking for an honest and responsible couple to stay in the spacious fully furnished self contained unit on the ground floor of our large home. We have an absolute beachfront position on beautiful Bucasia Beach.

There would be minimal duties to carry out and no pets to look after. The 3000 m² property will require the occasional mow on a ride-on mower, the pool water level would need to be checked and mail collected. A weekly charge would be required to cover utilities.

You would have the use of a large covered patio with BBQ and the beautiful 13 m in-ground pool. The extensive grounds have space to park a caravan and abound with grass trees, eucalypts and banksias, along with a variety of birds and other wildlife.

Enjoy leisurely walks on the 4 km long beach, fish in front or in nearby creeks and relax to the sounds of the ocean.

Bucasia is just a 15 minute drive from Mackay'™s CBD, however supermarkets and other specialty stores are only 4 km away. A smaller supermarket is within walking/riding distance.

We ask that you arrive at least a week before we leave so that we can get to know each other and to show you the ropes.
