We have a 100 acres property at Indian Head 8 kms from the town of Bemboka.

There are no animals or livestock to take of. However the yard around the house needs tending. It is not a huge job and would suit a fit retired couple who enjoy rural life. The neighbours are very freindly and helpful if questions are needed. The house is entirely run on solar power. There is a wood burning stove and a wood shed. The water is gravity fed from a spring. The house is extremely well maintained and very comfortable.
