The house is an 1890s rustic farmhouse which is situated on 28 acres of undulating farmland in the beautiful Eurobodallashire on the NSW South Coast. The property borders the Mogendoura Creek and has a swimming hole. There are numerous beautiful beaches and villages only a short drive away. The small town of Moruya is 6kms on a sealed road, and boasts a vibrant Saturday market as well as an award winning farmers market on Tuesdays.

The main requirements of the sitter(s) will be to provide loving company and care for: three dogs (one energetic Kelpie, two elderly blue heelers) and one elderly Burmese cat who requires medication.

There are also four horses, who require only minimal supervision, and several chickens who will provide eggs in return for their food, water and shelter. There are a few cattle on the property who only require that the gates be closed when coming and going.
