Hi there.

We are looking for a kind, compassionate, mature person who would like a country/coastal change on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of QLD.

Its time for my sister to head back to her business life in Africa, leaving her breath taking rural property and our gorgeous independently living elderly parents.

From early April until the end of June I would dearly like to fulfill the rest of my visa and song writing schedule in America which means there is a spot to be filled soaking up the hinterland/coastal views, basking by the pool, toasting the National Park sunsets, talking to the house curious kangaroos and laughing with the kookaburra's – awful really!!

Our goal is to have a presence on the property (separate dwelling) as our parents are in their late 80s and though they are wonderfully independent, we would feel more comfortable knowing someone was on site in case of an emergency. Someone who would be happy to cook a few meals for them as well would be a bonus.

I would love to hear from you if this is of interest to you. The property is 10 minutes to both Nambour and gorgeous Yandina.
