This is a really beautiful house sitting request. My home town of Bermagui is a quaint and very popular fishing and seaside village on the Far South Coast (Sapphire Coast) of NSW. It is located in the Bega Valley Shire, and nestled into what is referred to as The Triangle of small rural towns in the shadow of Gulaga Mountain. Beautiful beaches, a town centre consisting of boutique shops of all sorts as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A picturesque harbor and marina with many lovely boats moored all year round. My home is an easy 10 minutes walk from the Harborside, where you will find fish and chips, gelato, italian and chinese restaurants, a wine bar, art gallery and clothing boutique shopping. A 15 minute walk will get you to the main town, and of course, by car both are quickly accessible. There is a surf beach, 2 ocean but calm water shark proof swimming pools, and many other beaches both up and down the coast. Fishermen come to Bermagui from far and near because of its access to fine deep sea fishing. Inland there are lovely towns, dairy and other farms, beautiful countryside. A 40 minute drive will get you to Bega, and 20 minutes in the other direction to Narooma.

I simply require someone to care for my home while I am traveling. No pets to look after. Just gardens, lawns and the house itself. It is a cozy, private and secure home on a normal suburban size block located at the back of the golf course and in a good neighborhood. Lawns will need regular mowing, weeds kept under control in the garden, and pot plants and vegie patch watered and maintained. It is a three bedroom home which comfortably sleeps 6.
