We are looking for house/cat sitters for 7 weeks in June/July 2016 - and as we travel a fair amount, we would like to build an ongoing relationship with our new house sitters for future short-term and long-term sits. We have just moved into a beautiful house in Bilgola Plateau with stunning water views. We have two middle aged Australian Mist cats - Baloo and Alys - who are very people oriented companion cats who enjoy company. Being a cat lover is a requirement, as they need more than just regular feeding. They are both easy going and entertaining cats.

In an ideal world we would be keen to find a retired couple who are looking for an extended holiday on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. Primary duties would be to look after our cats, empty mailbox, water garden, look after Jacuzzi and generally looking after the house. (We have someone mowing the lawn and cleaning the house, so no need to worry about that). We have a 21 year old son, who does live here but he is currently planning to go overseas end of June. He does look after himself! Public transport is not easily available, so you will need your own car.
