Lilly is a six year old Boxer/Staffy cross house dog who takes us for a walk every morning and a short stroll in the evening. Lilly loves her home and would much prefer someone living in to look after her whilst we are away.

Our place is 5 acres of light bush and open, easy care gardens and lawns overlooking the waterfront with sweeping views of the Derwent River. An enclosed vegetable garden will repay a regular watering with fresh vegetables for the picking. A dozen large pot plants need a regular watering and regular fresh water in the three bird baths attract a wide variety of native birds. The lawns are usually quite dry and dormant in late Autumn and generally require little maintenance.
