We require a house sitter/s to look after our home and 5yr old Kelpie, Ruby, whilst we are over seas for July and August 2017. Our beautiful 44 acre property is located in the hills area of Bullsbrook overlooking the Avon Valley. Distances from shops and other amenities are 8 kms from the town of Bullsbrook, 25 kms from Midland and 52 kms from the City of Perth, therefore your own transport is required. The Swan Valley is 20 kms away where there are wineries and good restaurants to experience. Whilst we are away it will be winter so the paddocks will be lush and green and our sheep will not need any attention with regards to feeding etc. If you like to potter in the garden or tend the veggie patch, enjoy beautiful views and take Ruby for walks then this will suit you very well. Our home has a wood burning fire to keep you cosy and our water supply is from rain water tanks. A retired or travelling couple would be very suitable to look after our property and maybe a little experience of country living would be an advantage but not necessary. IWildflowers are plentiful during this period and there are plenty of nearby places to view and photograph them. If you would be interested in assisting us with this sit please contact me.
