We have a 1/4 acre block with new three bedroom house on it. Air conditioning with heating and fans in every room. Dishwasher, wifi, Foxtel, two TVs, piano - very comfortable home to live in.

Many animals including four dogs, three cats, some chooks and some fish in pond outside. Cats and dogs are inside/outside dwellers and sleep inside at night. German Shepherd, Staffy X, Jack Russell X and Maltese X. All friendly and don't need to be walked as they run around the property. All except GS dog are rescue pets. Easy to look after for someone with experience with dogs. Chooks easy care - fed once a day and you would have lovely fresh eggs to eat.

Karuah is a small village near the Karuah River. Has grocery store, butcher, baker, chemist, doctor, cafes, very nice RSL Club. Very quiet and peaceful area
